In this training, we focus on those subtle qualities of leadership that are becoming increasingly important today: mindful listening, connectedness, purpose orientation, collective intelligence, and the ability to open up spaces where new things can emerge. Qualities that were long considered “soft” are now proving to be crucial for sustainable effectiveness.

Wie führen wir aus innerer Klarheit heraus und bleiben auch in turbulenten Zeiten präsent, verbunden und wirksam? Welche Qualitäten von Aufmerksamkeit, Beziehung und Resonanz braucht es, um Zukunft tragfähig zu gestalten?
In diesem Training widmen wir uns jenen subtilen Qualitäten von Führung, die heute immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnen: achtsames Zuhören, Verbundenheit, Sinnorientierung, kollektive Intelligenz und die Fähigkeit, Räume zu öffnen, in denen Neues entstehen kann. Qualitäten, die lange als „weich“ galten und sich heute als entscheidend für nachhaltige Wirksamkeit erweisen.
