Many of us are called to work in areas that are important to us and our values.

Our way of working matters, more than we might think.

The challenges and issues we face are asking for collective approaches and participatory leadership. Working with diverse perspectives, expertise and experiences is how we can bring depth and wisdom to our work. There are ways of doing this that are generative.

Who is it for:

Anyone seeking to navigate complexity with wisdom and compassion including: leaders, consultants, researchers, entrepreneurs and employees at any level. This training is for you:

  • If you’re curious about what the Art of Hosting and Harvesting is
  • If what you work on makes a difference and how you work matters
  • If you are a practitioner of the Art of Hosting and Harvesting conversations, and want to deepen your harvesting skills;
  • If you want a creative way to engage with meetings, events, and help ‘harvest’ ideas, insights, and take wiser action together;
  • If you want to be part of a community that cares for the way we meet, gather, and sensemake, and want to support each other’s learning and practice;

Outcomes

  1. Understanding and ease with a suite of methods, practices and models to support your participatory leadership.
  2. Deeper understanding of the systemic aspects of your work and how harvesting can support that.
Includes:  circle practice, collective decision making, designing for wiser action, clarifying purpose, world café, four-fold practice, embedding systems thinking, working with emergence, strategic harvesting, powerful questions, well-being harvest  the cycle of harvesting, emergence and convergence methods, story harvest
