Art of Hosting & Harvesting for Community Builders
This participatory leadership training is an invitation to explore a different way of working — one that centres relationships, shared leadership, and the strengths already present in our communities.
Over two days (with an optional third), you’ll build confidence and practical skills to host powerful conversations, support collaboration, and work in more community-led ways.
What you’ll explore –
Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) – strengths-based, community-led approaches
Art of Hosting – participatory leadership in practice
Art of Harvesting – capturing emergence and shared meaning
You’ll experience practical methods such as Circle, World Café, Open Space and Appreciative Inquiry.
