1) Develop a set of shared skills in convening and hosting, as well as a shared language and experience.
2) Grow your ideas and projects, and create connections across boundaries.
3) Build the foundations of a community of practice that can grow together and shape the future.Who’s it for?

It’s a container for the next generation of innovators, change agents, and conscious leaders to prototype new forms of collective engagement and create synergy and learning across multiple domains. We are supporting you take your game to the next level. We invite your full participation in building capacity and deepening relationships. Each of us is moving powerfully to shape the future, and we need both tools and supportive community to fuel that process and continue to grow our individual and collective impact.
What is the Art of Hosting?

The Art of Hosting is about creating the conditions for collective intelligence to emerge by working with the principles of participation and self-organization. We will be exploring a handful of social technologies and inviting each of you to step into hosting roles to run sessions based on your expertise, current focus and learning edge. You will walk away with a deeper sense of what it takes to host meaningful conversations. You’ll take away tools, frameworks and an expanded worldview that will enable you to navigate complex systemic challenges and opportunities in your work, community and personal life.We are creating space for leadership theater–for spontaneity, luminosity, humor, and play. We want those of you who are on the edge. The tribal leaders. We are calling for coherence. Come and take part.
What will you learn?

During the training we will practice and explore:-Hosting conversations as a core leadership practice and skill set for leading change in complex systems.
-Apply what we are learning to change projects that you bring. From policy and national initiatives to grassroots organising, business change and movement building.
-Developing competence in interactive processes, frameworks and design tools that support participatory leadership: Open Space Technology, Chaordic Design, Theory U, and Action Learning.
-Hear from thought leaders within the field of leadership and organizational change about their work and best practices.
