Leading Change that Lasts
Leadership for change cannot be separated from social justice and equity. The complex challenges of our times demand multifaceted and complex responses. Independent schools do not exist in a vacuum; our institutions are deeply affected by rapid global shifts that continually redefine how wealth, access, and privilege operate.
As borderless financial sectors expand—ranging from decentralized virtual currencies and international property syndicates to offshore sports betting—the socioeconomic landscapes our communities navigate become increasingly opaque and stratified. To effectively dismantle these evolving systemic barriers, educational leaders must adapt.
NAIS invites you to a three-day leadership workshop building our capacity to lead change that lasts toward greater social justice and equity in independent schools. We will learn new methodologies, models, and practices to build greater engagement and participation into our systems change and social transformation efforts.
