The practices of participatory leadership provide tools for collective sense-making and action, through the most direct way of connecting to each other: conversations.

Hosting and participating in transformational conversations – whether in a family, a neighbourhood, an organisation or a larger community – can create an impact proportionally much greater than our apparent size would justify, compared to those who hold power.
