Work and organizations are facing an increasing need to engage others together. Issues of diversity, organizational health and culture and solving complex organizational problems and challenges required that we engage differently. What are the tools and frameworks to host honest, real and productive meetings?
Social issues are pressing our communities and non-profits to dialogue and solve complex challenges in different and collaborative ways. Issues of school violence, #metoo, immigration, homelessness and poverty are finding ourselves and our communities overwhelmed, even pushed to the edge.
The Art of Hosting is a 3 day training around Transforming the Way We Gather and Lead. Art of Hosting gives participants the tools and frameworks for productive meetings while also creating space for personal and organizational deep reflection.
