Great Facilitation: An Art of Hosting Intensive
The Art of Hosting Transforms Leadership
Great Facilitation: An Art of Hosting Intensive is…
– a set of frameworks and models that create evolutionary and honest facilitation to bring evolutionary and honest participation
– a set of portable methodologies you can immediately integrate to your facilitation practice to support deeper purpose
– an invitation to contribute your best and most challenging learning with 25 other practitioners asking questions just like you
– a connection to a global community of practitioners seeking more affirming ways in work, community, and systems everywhere
We live in an era of rapid change, high complexity and uncertainty. Old systems of “business as usual” no longer serve, and the traditions of “command-and-control leadership” frustrate, separate and depress. As human beings in global community, we are at an inflection point – unsatisfied with current state, yet unsure of what is needed to help.
So, why this 3-day gathering?
Because people everywhere seek meaningful connection, meaningful learning, and community that can work together in response to the challenges and dreams of our time. We need to be in practice, much more often, to work across difference. We need forums like this to get beyond continued surface approaches, to guide us more intelligently in the work we are called to do.
Connect. Learn Practice. Create.
Transform your leadership.
