Join us for a 3-day introduction to the Art of Hosting & Harvesting Conversations that Matter, April 27-30, 2023
“How do we co-create a culture of collaborative and sustainable leadership
to meet challenges in a joyful, inclusive, and strategic way?”

The many layers of food equity have been guiding undercurrents of our conversations, motivating us to offer this training. Access to affordable “good food, grown well” and support for local producers is a catalyst for community health and helps empower people to make choices for themselves and their cultures. How can we best support leaders in this emergent work?

Join us for this leadership capacity-building retreat to explore these guiding undercurrents as you learn, reflect, practice, and plan how to integrate a more collaborative, participatory approach in your work and community.

We’re gathering at a summer camp in rural southwest Wisconsin. Nature trails, woods, and an enormous stone fireplace will hold space for our retreat.
