This spring, we’re bringing the Art of Participatory Leadership to life: a space to explore, practice and embody participatory leadership together.
In a time of complexity, uncertainty, and change, traditional top-down approaches aren’t enough anymore. What we need are leaders who can listen deeply, engage across boundaries, and co-create meaningful action with clarity and purpose.

Experience and master techniques such as Leadership Presence, World Café, Open Space Technology, Design for Action, and Appreciative Inquiry. Gain insights on when and how to effectively employ each technique.
