Have you ever experienced a learning environment where you felt supported and engaged to realize your full potential?
Creating such environments is essential to reach outcomes that are innovative, exciting and fulfilling for all, whether it’s in companies, schools, governments, NGOs, or any kind of communities. But how do we achieve that?

You are invited to explore the question ‘How can we create supportive and engaging learning environments?’ at the first Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter in Vietnam, a 3-day residential training that will be held by an international team of experienced facilitators.

***WHAT WILL WE LEARN & PRACTICE TOGETHER?***
Over the course of the 3-day training, we’ll learn a set of simple yet powerful tools, methods and practices such as World Café, Pro-Action Café, Collective Story Harvesting, Graphic Facilitation, and others. Those can support you in building communities, activating the potential of individuals and groups, and fostering a type of leadership that invites collaboration, innovation and creativity. We’ll learn all that and more while diving deep into questions that will help us explore how we can create supportive and engaging learning environments.

***WHO IS THIS FOR?***
This training is for leaders, teachers, students, consultants and others professionals working with or interested in the topics of learning and organizational development. Whether you come from the private, NGO or public sector or you wish to foster learning in your community, this training is a vibrant space where you can expand your thinking, develop your projects and build lasting relationships that will support your work.

We look forward to welcoming you, your questions, your projects and your contributions.
