This is an invitation to those of you who would want to strengthen your participatory leadership practice. While hosting, harvesting, and organizing are fundamentally intertwined in the Art of Hosting practice, at times it can be useful to deep-dive in one particular aspect. If you, like us, are feeling the hunger to gather with others to deepen your harvesting practice, we invite you to join us for a 2.5 day gathering and inquiry into harvesting understanding, practices and methods.

Together we will create the opportunity to widen our perspectives, exchange knowledge and learn from each other, investigate a spectrum of harvesting methods, and build our harvesting capacities to better design process for participatory leadership. As the complexity of our work and world appears to be increasing …
  • How can harvesting practices invite elegance in our sensemaking – the simplicity beyond complexity?
  • How can harvesting help us ride the knife-edge of collective wisdom and collective folly?
  • What is the relationship between creativity and strategy, art and evaluation, beauty and functionality, post-its and data?
  • How can we embed a lens of power and equity in our harvesting practice?
