Art of Hosting Finland Minnesota
If you are working with others in these times of rapid change, being able to skillfully use approaches for inclusive collaboration is essential.
Nonprofits, community-based organizations, anyone recognizing the need for diverse perspectives in shared leadership & decision-making: this training is for you!
We’ll begin with dinner at 5:00 on Thursday, Dec. 1st followed by an evening session starting at 6:00 p.m. to set the stage for 3 full days & evenings, wrapping up at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Each day will be filled with learning and practice in the models and tools of designing, facilitating, and participating in meaningful conversations. You’ll have opportunities to design and host dialogues with a coach by your side, time for reflection, and deep teaching spaces to learn the reasons why dialogue is needed when things are unpredictable and changing fast. Come prepared to participate all day every day!
