Leading at the edges requires a different set of skills and collaboration models that tap into the full potential of individuals and organizations to create better, more sustainable, balanced and prosperous solutions. The concept and practice of shared leadership is becoming and central role in groups and organisations where individuals are urged to actively participate.

This is the real context we invite you to look up so we can bring forward new solutions to these challenging questions:

> What kind of leadership is needed to make our teams and organisational structures more humane and prosperous?

> How can we personally build the trust and skills to become the leaders we’re waiting for? 

> How can we put into to action the kind of leadership we envision as necessary to each particularly context?  

These are the questions that will guide us through the training, which will be given in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
