Training – The Art of Hosting and Conversations That Matter
What to expect?
– Learn to design, guide and support communication processes needed in groups of people to approach major contentious issues, create a common purpose and lead to innovative solutions and joint decisions.
– Improve your abilities to plan and support processes of self-organization and get to know the art of harvesting.
– Get an overview of the variety of methods and instruments you can use, as circumstances require: Open Space, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, Art of Harvesting, Theory U, Storytelling, Journaling, Dialog, Pro Action Café…
– Receive inspiring impetus for creating your personal way of living and working, through an in depth exchange with other participants.
The core content is based on the following questions: What do organizations need to be successful in the future? What kind of attitude and structures do we need to create jobs that are more than places to earn money? How can we create possibilities for creativity, innovation and passion?
Your hosting team is Bertram Meusburger, Christian Hörl, Annemarie Felder, Carina Trapl, Florian Sturm, Elisabeth Schauppenlehner-Kloyber, Mike Schedlberger, Alexander Hader, Peter Jungmeier, and Eva Seebacher.
The main language used in the training and workshops is German.
