Art of Participatory Leadership
In our Participatory Leadership we bring together leaders, innovators and social entrepreneurs who are deeply committed to facilitate bottom-up change. We invite them to bring in their own questions and cases on themes like multi-stakeholder collaboration, self organisation, co-ownership, commitment, innovation and co-creation. We practice new ways of looking at these questions and dealing with them in a living system. Besides, we practice Partcipatory Leadership as a key leadership competence and invite people to step into the leaderhip role needed in their job or project. The training will be held at the Heerlijckyt van Elsmeren in Belgium and is Dutch spoken. https://artofparticipatoryleadership.org
