Art of Participatory Leadership
In our Participatory Leadership training we bring together leaders, innovators, social entrepreneurs and professionals who are deeply committed to facilitate bottom-up change. We invite them to bring in their own questions and cases from their daily practice. We practice new ways of looking at these questions and dealing with them in an integral way and from a living systems perspective. Besides, we practice Participatory Leadership as a key leadership competence and invite people to step into the leadership role needed in their job or project in their context. For those who have already experienced an Art of Hosting training you are more than welcome to deepen your practice and step into your own leadership challenge. Art of Hosting is not a prerequisite for this training.
