Join us for a 3-day intensive training into the Art of Participatory Leadership, experiencing and putting into practice simple yet very powerful methods for hosting meaningful conversations and building resilient organisations and communities for profound change.

We bring together business leaders, change agents, community workers, social entrepeneurs, policy makers: people who are passionate about their work, their business and their community and who like to change things for the better.

Participants are interested in building for change from the bottum up, cocreating new solutions and coalitions. Yet, how do we move from the promising beginnings to truly sustainable change? How do we keep the energy flowing and people involved? How do we work with all those different interests at the table? We know it is tough, tedious and at times it just seems impossible to find ways to move forward. But there are ways…..

From the practice of the Art of Hosting (in combination with insights from Theory U) we will teach you a participatory approach to bring together and involve groups to bring about change. A leadership practice combining the personal with the larger system, working with personal insights, dialogue, facilitation and cocreating new solutions for complex social questions. A combination of theory, safe practice within the group and working on a case from your own daily practice.

The training will be in Dutch. The location is not yet known, but it will be central for both Dutch ad Belgian participants.
