How do we move from taking the initiative to truly building resilient coalitions for change?

Join us for a 3-day intensive journey into the Art of Participatory Leadership, to experience and practice simple yet very powerful methods for hosting meaningful conversations and building resilient organisations and communities for profound change.

We bring together business leaders, change agents, community workers, social entrepeneurs, policy makers: people who are passionate about their work, their business and their community and who like to change things for the better.

We invite people who are interested in creating bottom up innovation and co-creating new solutions and coalitions. Our challenge today is how do we move from the promising beginnings of collaboration to truly sustainable change in which all stakeholders contribute and gain? Participants explore this by sharing their own projects and experiences and practicing new ways of participation and collaboration. In this way participants connect their daily practice to the training and explore what they can do to bring their project one step ahead. After the training participants can attend and initiate workshops and gatherings to deepen their learning and practice as part of the community of practitioners, coached and supported by the hosting team.

From the practice of the Art of Hosting we will teach you a participatory approach to bring together and involve groups to bring about change. A leadership practice combining the personal with the larger system, working with personal insights, dialogue, facilitation and co-creating new solutions for complex social issues. A combination of theory, safe group practice and working on a case from your own daily practice.
