The Art of Participatory Leadership is coming again to New England!

Our communities are rich sources of responsiveness to the challenges that face us – full of potential, connection and relationships, the talents and gifts of individuals, and the power and strength of the collective.

How do we invite and welcome everyone into co-creating solutions to our shared issues?
What culture, capacities, skills and practices do we need to do this sometimes difficult work of collaboration?
How can communities together decide what they need and how to share and amplify their resources?
How do we best nourish and surface the potential alive in our communities?

These are some of the questions arising as we think deeply about this next participatory leadership offering to the New England region. At this training, you will learn skills and practices to nourish these capacities in communities, and support people in weaving those communities together, including and valuing the voices of all.

The  Art of Participatory Leadership (AoPL, also known as the Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter) training offers participatory models, processes and practices to work with others, support meaningful engagement and authentic co-design, and work in complexity.

As we plan the fourth AoPL training offered to the New England region, with a mix of locals and regular visitors on our hosting team, we are inviting local practitioners back to refresh their skills and deepen their practice. We are also inviting new participants who feel called to the possibilities in the questions we will explore and the skills we will develop.

We warmly invite you to join us for this 3-day training event at the beautiful Echidna Gully, hosted by a team of experienced and emerging practitioners, and focused on nourishing our individual and collective capacity for collaboration.

We acknowledge Anaiwan, Kamilaroi, Dainggatti, Ngarabal, Banbai, Gumbainggier and Bigambul nations – custodians and first peoples of this country and surrounding countries. We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging.
