Art of Participatory Leadership Training
The Art of Participatory Leadership Training is a three day residential training practice being held in the wonderful setting and Unesco World Heritage Site of New Lanark situated in the heart of Scotland.
In these times of change, Scotland has Awakened and is ready to examine new ways of working collaboratively, enhancing our conversations and leading to wiser decision making. Participants in this training practice will develop your skills and experience in using a wide range of participatory processes and practices. You will be provided with model and tools to enhance your abilities to work with complexity, uncertainty and bring about change.
