Art of Participatory Leadership Training, Corrymeela
You are warmly invited to consider joining us to participate in a 3.5 day Art of Participatory Leadership / Art of Hosting training taking place at the Corrymeela Peace and Reconciliation Centre from the 6th-9th July 2023.
The intent is 3 fold:
- Explore, learn and practice participatory facilitation concepts, methods and practices that can be applied in our work and communities.
- Build individual and organisational capacity for participatory leadership across all levels of society on the island of Ireland and beyond.
- Foster a community of practice that may continue to support each other in learning and work moving forward.
