As Einstein said so many years ago – we cannot expect different outcomes, if we keep doing things the same way. One of the main ways that seem to need to change is the way we engage with each other. From the lone leader it may be time to shift to leaders as ‘hosts,’ that build on the best of everyone, enabling co-creation and shared learning. In this space, everyone’s voice becomes important, and we begin to discover how much more is possible when we learn to work together. Truly work together. It may not be easy – but it is essential – if we wish to move into a future different from our past.

We intend for this to be a regional gathering – A pan-African gathering – where together we can connect from the inside out, in an exploration of the New Ways, that will create our New Worlds in Africa. The training thus also intends to strengthen the teams who are bringing this work to other       countries on the continent.

This is not a training for spectators, but for co-creators, eager to chart the way forward, together.
