Many of us see our work as transformation.
Our big dreams compel us to see and act on what others may not see. Many of us are required to transform both “what” we are doing and “how” we are doing it together — how we meet and join in interfaith action. Transformation requires both deep spiritual practice and effective meeting and community engagement approaches to move forward social change agendas. The Art of Participatory Leadership is all about that.

Many of us wonder how to improve capacity to transform.
Ourselves. Our committees. Our congregations. Amidst rapid change and high complexity. Faith communities of all kinds are developing these practices. Together, we are awakening to different ways of being in leadership together, moving beyond the typical traps of adversarial agendas and into process of co-learning and co-evolution that lead to wise action and change. We’re seeking consultative processes and engagement strategies that bring out the best in collaborative communities.
