Participatory Leadership Facilitation and Evaluation

Participatory Leadership Facilitation and Evaluation

260 260 people viewed this event.

On one end of the spectrum there are lively, fun, conversations that leave everyone feeling marvelous but are not documented. On the other end are task-oriented evaluation meetings and data collections that can be cold and distant and not seem to adequately represent the nature of the work that we do.
In an experiential setting we will focus on facilitation skills, adaptations for evaluation, and indigenous roots and synchronicity with Art of Hosting practices by highlighting the Maori practices of hosting self and others Oruarua Tinana (Maori Tai Chi) – Manaaki (looking after people), Waananga (In-depth learning), and Whanaungatanga (Building and maintaining relationships).
Join us for a day of experiential learning in New Zealand. For more information click on the link below:http://ritafierro.com/uploads/images/Gallery/INTRO%20AOH%20NZ%20Invite%202.2.2015.pdf
