The University of Minnesota Extension is offering this three-day training that will teach you to use simple yet powerful facilitation practices that create authentic engagement, build community, stimulate shared intelligence, and motivate group members to lead for change. Participants will:

·         Grow skills and capacity in participatory engagement practices. With a new mindset, participants will be better able to work with issues of complexity and uncertainty.

·         Learn how to host and harvest conversations that matter, and that stimulate action in your community.

·         Build relationships and networks with others in the region who are using these practices.

Who should attend? 

 

Individuals and teams who want to increase their skills and learn ways to engage others who can inspire and create change.
