We’ll meet from 15 to 17 May at the Refugio in Berlin Neukölln. Over these three days, we will explore how we set up conversations that are lead from the future and engage with possibilities. What that entails for our practice as host (rather than “facilitator” or “moderator”). How we’ll practice from then on in our contexts and professions.

As a participant, we invite you to be in co-exploration and joint learning with all of us. You’ll have the opportunity to step up, prepare and lead specific formats and sessions with a team of peers, guided by experienced hosts from the hosting team. Your projects and questions are the material we’ll be working with. As a result, you’ll not only learn methods, conversation formats and processes, insights and mental models about life, society and organizations. You’ll have worked your own material further to its next stage! To continue in this way, we can encourage you to stay on in the Refugio from 18-20 May and take part in the integral practitioners convergence, hosted by some of us in the same spirit, and where you meet a diverse crowd of highly capable people, moving your projects again a stage further.
