The Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations and Participatory Leadership
The times we are living in are full of complexity, anxiety and uncertainty and call for more effective meetings, better engagement processes, participatory leadership and the ability to craft strategy from collective wisdom and intelligence.
Join us for a unique online Art of Hosting, diving into a participatory leadership and facilitation practice that will help you design, host and lead the conversations that matter to you, your organization, and community.
We will be offering this program in a virtual format this year.
The program will be hosted over 4 live group sessions on zoom, each 4 hours long, and will also include video teachings of some content, and reflective exercises that can be viewed/completed in your own timing. We are planning a highly engaging, interactive program, engaging with Art of Hosting related theory, methods and practice in both large and small groups.
