The Art of Hosting Spirited Dialogue is a set of practices based in systems thinking, contemporary leadership models, complexity and facilitation. It promotes experimenting with dialogue, co-creation and collaboration to find creative ways forward in ever changing contexts.

In this three days of theory and personal experience, you will learn:

  • How understanding complexity can help us design, plan, act and evaluate our work.
  • Personal leadership practices that build resiliency and the ability to work with uncertainty.
  • Tools for using participatory processes to support meaningful engagement leading to better decisions.
  • Methods for dialogue and deliberation such as The Circle Way, Open Space Technology, and Pro-Action Café.
