The Art of Participatory Leadership Canada
Presented by the Tyndale Intercultural Ministries (TIM) Centre this transformative 3-day training event is designed to shift leadership from traditional and adversarial models to those of co-learning and co-evolution. This intensive experience will empower you to facilitate meetings and conversations that harness the collective wisdom and self-organizing capacity of diverse groups, leading to improved outcomes and innovation.
This event will appeal especially to leaders in faith communities and especially for those who are working on social justice issues as an expression of their faith.
