For more than 15 years, the AoPL /AoH trainings are organized in Croatia with an international hosting team and international group of participants.

Last year we hosted the onsite training in Croatia in November 2021, and it was amazing to experience again “meaningful conversations in the same room”, people from different countries and diverse backgrounds coming together to learn and practice, inspire and support each other in designing wise actions and creating projects that would not have happened without this training.

We are inspired to call new group to join us in Croatia, 4 – 6 October 2022!

Main focus of this training is to practice personal leadership, learn methods and tools to strengthen collaboration and use collective intelligence for working in complexity, step in and practice hosting and harvesting, build capacity to apply participatory leadership in organizational context (e.g. corporate world, public administration, educational institutions, private companies, communities and others).

As a hosting team, we feel commitment to create space for learning and addressing complex challenges in our work and in our world today, and we hope to meet new practitioners in this learning journey!
