For more than 10 years we are organizing the The Art of participatory leadership trainings in Croatia with the international hosting team and international group of participants, focused on the corporate world, public administration and organizational context in general.

We want to continue and offer online training to support diverse organizations and many leaders in addressing challenges and finding solutions for new complexity in their working context.

Participatory leadership is used for engaging collective knowledge and innovative capacity of people, for strengthening collaboration and working across silos in both remote and onsite working mode. Today more than ever is important to build additional leadership capacity by nurturing self-organization and courage in people to step in and take charge of the challenges facing them.

AoPL Trainings in Croatia are recognized as specific opportunity to learn and practice how to host meaningful conversations, design projects and implement participatory approach in complex and large organizations.

We have had participants from different industries and diverse countries traveling to Croatia – now with the online training we invite all who are interested to join us!  Training will be held in English language.

We also invite ex-participants and practitioners from the AoH/AoPL network to join us and practice in the online environment.

As a hosting team, we feel commitment to continue to meet the business needs especially now when changes are affecting all aspects of our lives and we need to connect, learn and practice remotely.
