The Art of Participatory Leadership Online Training
For more than 15 years, the AoPL /AoH trainings are organized in Croatia with an international hosting team and international group of participants.
Last year, our online training was huge success, with 35 participants from 15 different countries and diverse backgrounds. We managed to cover all elements of “normal” AoPL/AoH training, ensure high quality of conversations in online environment and deep interaction between participants, empowering them to step in and practice hosting immediately and support each other in designing projects and planning wise actions. We all sensed the magic of sitting in the „virtual circle“, building trust, exploring questions that matter, learning and practicing together.
We are calling new group to join us in a virtual learning journey, 23 – 27 May 2022!
Main focus of the upcoming training is to practice personal leadership, explore how to collaborate and create new solutions for complex challenges, build capacity to apply participatory leadership in organizational context (e.g. corporate world, public administration, educational institutions, private companies, communities and others).
Training will be held in English language.

Calling Question
How do we lead ourselves and others through the times of change, complexity and crisis? How can we collaborate and create new solutions by using humanity, knowledge, experience and all potentials of our team / organization /community? What does it mean “calling meaningful conversations from our heart” and having the courage to host it?
