The Art of Participatory Leadership through hosting and harvesting conversations that matter
Scotland is awakening.
Opportunities are emerging for fundamental change across our society.
Based on the success of Scotland’s first Taster Session in The Art of Hosting and harvesting conversations that really matter, in December 2012 we were inspired to call a second training – from 27 to 29 June 2013.
This residential training will employ a participative approach for leading, convening and engaging. It will offer tools for participatory leadership that can help generate the new thinking and energy needed to transform your organization, sector, or community.
Join us to connect to other change makers, learn new skills, and strategically maximise the potential of our time.
