The Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter (also known as the Art of Participatory Leadership) training offers simple and powerful participatory models, processes and practices to work with others through complexity, uncertainty and change.

We warmly invite you to join us for this 3-day training event in Gunnedah – where collaboration is alive, and more important than ever. Together we will discover how we can create and host spaces for collaboration that generates wise action – in our organisations, communities, businesses and families.
