Do you want to practice leadership that inspires and engages people to contribute, co-create and take action?

Welcome to the first open ‘Art of Hosting and Harvesting’ training in Stockholm the 25th – 27th of September 2013

This training is focusing on participatory leadership and invites leaders from the private and public sector, entrepreneurs, change makers and educators dealing with the complex challenges and possibilities that we
are facing today.
An international team will host you at this three-day training were we are going to explore the following questions:

What does it take to create results that matter in a complex reality?

How can participation and co-creation invite commitment and bring value to life through community, business and broader society?”

The Art of Participatory Leadership brings forward wisdom and drive that may be
hidden in yourself, your teams and community. It enables you to bring out the best in
individuals and groups in ways that generates common understanding and wiser
 action.

The training is residential and held at the beautiful island of Ekskäret in the Stockholm archipelago.
The amount of participants is limited to 45. We aim to create a setting that will maximize your learning and practice.
