“The quality of the field determines the quality of the yield.” Otto Scharmer.

What practices can help us organise teams, groups and organisations in a way that allow us to deal with the most important challenges of our time, have significant conversations and do the work that really matters?

The purpose of this training is to share what we have learned, organising strategic conversations in all kinds of contexts, from working with big banks, international agencies to open trainings and community engagement. We will together be exploring what the conditions are that needs to be in place to create impact and transformation through our work.
There is a clear need for more strategic conversations about what really matters, for innovative projects and visionary organisations. We all see that. What is often less visible is what level of organisation is needed to ensure the success of our ideas and projects. It is to a large degree invisible to the outsider. It is the quality of the preparation, the social practices, personal and interpersonal, the organising, the convening and clarity about the vision and purpose, just to mention a few aspects that ensures success of these initiatives.

 The training will cover:

  • Working consciously with Economy
How to create a healthy economy that serves all involved?

  • Creating and sustaining core teams How to create inspired and connected teams commited to creating meaningful impact?

  • The Art of Organising
What if we could practice more natural ways of organising ourselves, each other and the work that matters?

  • The Four Foundations of Powerful Collaboration
How to build a 4 fold foundation for powerful collaboration?

  • The Art of convening and Invitation

How to invite others in a humane, real and artful way?
