Leadership for change cannot be separated from social justice and equity. The complex challenges of our times demand multifaceted and complex responses. NAIS invites you to a three-day leadership workshop building our capacity to lead change that lasts toward greater social justice and equity in independent schools. We will learn new methodologies, models, and practices to build greater engagement and participation into our systems change and social transformation efforts.
