This is the 2nd time we are organizing AOPL training in Croatia focused on needs of corporate business and public administration – last one in November 2014 was a big success as corporate & public sector participants have connected to each other fast in this open training through common business issues and felt totally safe to learn and explore their situations, projects, issues of concern and support each other in designing for wiser actions! It was amazing to see people from big, successful companies (some even competitors) to learn and practice together – and grow in leadership competences which they have brought back to their working context for more meaningfulness, engagement and more happier work for their colleagues and partners (this is what they shared at recent follow up hosted  for local group in Zagreb).
