The Art of Hosting Collaboration will happen on 12-15 November, in Wadi Natrun, near Cairo, Egypt as a first step of the Collaboration Learning Lab.

The Collaboration Learning Lab is intended as a learning, prototyping and scaling up space where over the course of a period of time we can exchange existing knowledge, yet at the same time experiment and prototype new innovative practices and tools to create greater impact for Egypt.

To begin the journey, we invite you to a 4-day learning and innovation training – the Art of Hosting Collaboration where we will be experiencing the Art of Hosting pattern and practice, a collaboration methodology that can be applied to many different contexts. During this time, we will train and learn participatory leadership methodologies and mental models as a way to work in collaboration, share our knowledge and practices  create new prototypes of collaboration and plan the journey ahead for the Collaboration Learning Lab. We will also focus on already existing examples here in Egypt. We will explore new forms of building purposeful collaborations, while putting the people and their projects, in the center of the conversations.  We will scale up what we learn so we can engage stakeholders in larger-scale and multi year actions for social impact.
