THE ART OF HOSTING CONVERSATIONS THAT MATTER

A two-day intensive workshop focusing on leading more impactful community conversations.

The Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter is an experience for all who aspire to learn and find better ways to work with groups; ways that nurture collective intelligence, shared learning, and effective actions. The Art of Hosting creates opportunities for ownership and responsibility. Initiating and hosting conversations that matter is a core leadership competence that leads to significant change at both individual and collective levels.

An Art of Hosting training is a highly interactive process. The training is constructed to provide participants with the opportunity to design and lead conversations so they experience how clear thinking, intelligent solutions, group coherence, and results can emerge from the practices. It provides participants with the opportunity to construct powerful questions, host conversations using the questions, and harvest the outcomes, which are core practices and skills in the Art of Hosting.

This is for you if:

You are hungry for a better way to host collaborative conversations that lead to deeper engagement and wise action.

You are ready to learn new ways to step in, step up, and practice hosting the possibility that lives in collective wisdom.

You are looking for proven ways to fuel your courage to host change — at work, at home, in your community — anywhere that matters to you.
