We have been called to offer again in-person onsite training in Croatia and we are responding to the needs to learn, explore and practice participatory methods, models and tools while “being together in the same room” and support each other in building capacity to lead inclusively, design projects and find solutions for complex challenges in our work and in our world today.

For more than 15 years, the AoPL /AoH trainings are organized in Croatia with an international hosting team and international group of participants. This spring we had great experience with holding the online training and now we have been called to offer again in-person training in Croatia this autumn!

Main focus of this training is application in organizational context (e.g. corporate world, public administration, educational institutions, private companies and other contexts) and to practice personal leadership needed to engage collective knowledge and innovative capacity of people, strengthen collaboration and work across silos. Today more than ever is important to build advanced leadership capacity on all organizational levels so people feel ready to step in, work on challenges and find new solutions together.
