Art of Hosting Karslkrona
We are living in an increasingly uncertain world with the accelerating speed and scope of ecological and social disruptions. We have witnessed the dying of old structures and ways of thinking while inviting emerging patterns and practices to weave our new social fabric. What connects us in the transition from this current reality to a thriving future for all is the sense of urgency and taking agency for changes. Being in the flow of the transition requires us to listen attentively to the needs of our communities and respond to that consciously within our collective capacities.
- How can inviting new ways of seeing the world help us embrace changes and navigate our actions to respond to the call of our times?
- How will participatory leadership support us collectively to hold the complexity and fuel our movement into a sustainable future we imagine?
With curiosity and open hearts, we want to invite you to join our training to learn and reflect about the way we are leading and participating in the transition towards sustainability. Together, we will inspire each other to take courageous actions towards a future that is led by participatory processes.
This training is for people who are: curious to learn about participatory leadership and ready to step into the hands-on practice of the hosting and harvesting of conversations longing to support and be supported by a community of practitioners to deepen your personal practices seeking inspiration for your visions, initiatives, and projects through creative collaborations engaged in systems change and emerging movements and want to foster participatory process design
simply willing to offer your presence and curiosity to deep dive into emerging meaningful conversations.
We welcome you – brave souls, curious minds, creative spirits, and open hearts!
