Leading Effective Meetings is a multi-part learning experience with video and written content sent to participants prior to the sessions and video web conferencing used to  de-brief and dig deeper into the content and application. The five modules are:

Module 1:  Why are engaging meetings important?​

Module 2:  How can we prepare and design a good meeting?

Module 3:  What are the essentials of leading a good meeting? ​

Module 4:  How are we applying what we’re learning?

Module 5:  How do we embed a culture of good meetings?

We limit the number to 20  participants to ensure a meaningful and productive learning experience. Individuals or teams of up to 7 people are welcome to sign up.  This 5 session online course  includes access to an online platform to engage with other course participants (and Tim and Tuesday!), download materials, and receive course updates.
