The Art of Participatory Leadership Portland / Vancouver
We recognize that leaders are hungry for more effective meetings and practices for working better together amidst times of rapid change and high complexity. Many people are awakening to different ways of being in leadership together, moving beyond the typical traps of adversarial agendas and into processes of co-learning and participatory leadership that lead to wise action and change.
The Pacific NW is rich with social innovators and pioneers of new ways. The complexity can be overwhelming – halting our learning, making us feel stuck, tense, and even perpetuating fragmentation and conflict – with and among those who are also trying to make a better world a practical reality.
Broaden the skill set within your group; Enhance your skills and abilities to see and address difficult questions; Connect with other leaders addressing crucially needed changes and explore how you can work more powerfully together.
