This is an invitation to question our assumptions and to host our discomforts and shakiness while cultivating belonging. Bring your questions and curiosity, in a safe enough space, where we can meet in our differences and experience the joy and challenge of being a community. Some of us have the privilege to avoid addressing the tensions while others of us experience it daily.
We invite you to weave a resilient container that can hold the spectrum of conversation.
• Bring your hardest, real questions in your work and life
• Take a breath in lightness and playfulness and the joy of being.
• Ask for what you need, and offer what you can.
• Co-create the best possible ‘new’ together.
• Experience this moment of involution and evolution for our field of practice
Come to Columbus, Ohio… the Seneca name for “Ohio” is a name for the Ohio River, Ohiyo, which means “it is beautiful.”
The territory of the Chippewa, Delaware, Erie, Honniasont, Illinois, Iroquois/Seneca, Mingos, Miami, Ottawa, Potawatomi, Shawnee, and Wyandot/Hurons. African American people thrive here, in the midst of anti-black racism. An area rich with the history of Native American Moundbuilders as well as a city whose very name honors a figure of genocide, and yet is only one layer in an era of complex relationships.

The design of the days will follow our Fourfold practice, with an emphasis on each fold across the days. Each day will have elements of deep listening, stories, open space for hosting the conversations you feel called to invite, as well as ritual to open and close our time together. We’ll invite you to live our AoH principle: to ask for what you need, and offer what you can, as we all come with different needs and offerings to this conversation.
With just 2 weeks remaining before we commit to the venue, we realize this will be a much smaller gathering than we originally planned. That actually feels more realistic and powerful for this calling question and we hope you’ll consider joining us. The dates, place and core team remain the same. The final deadline to register is Friday, May 11th.
