Art of Participatory Leadership
In our Participatory Leadership we bring together leaders, innovators and social entrepreneurs who are deeply committed to facilitate bottom-up change. We invite them to bring in their own questions and cases on themes like self organisation, ownership & commitment, innovation and co-creation. We practice new ways of looking at these questions and dealing with them in a living system. Besides, we practice Partcipatory Leadership as a key leadership competence and invite people to step into the leaderhip role needed in their job or project. https://artofparticipatoryleadership.org
